2cups boiled noodles
1cup boneless chicken cut into bite size.
1green chilli chopped
2tbsp onion chopped
1/2tsp each od garlic and ginger minced
Whole spices...1bay leaf, 2-3 cloves, 1/4 " piece cinnamon stick
200 ml coconut milk
Salt and chilli powder to taste.
3cups water
2 tbsp oil
Pepper(crushed) 1/4 tsp.

    Boil the chicken pieces with the whole spices ,salt and the water till well cooked. Drain the stock out and keep both aside. Take a heavy bottomed pan add the oil. To it add the chopped onion, fry for a few minutes. Next drop in the chiili, ginger garlic and fry well for 2minutes. Add the chicken pieces and the pepper powder and chilli powder.. Mix well. Mix the noodles into the chicken mixture. Add 2cups of stock. Add the salt to taste . Let the soup come to a boil. Pour the coconut milk mix well and serve immediately. Best accompaniments are a hot buttered toast and a plate of fresh green salad.
