You will enjoy the easiness, healthfulness(Is that a word?) and tasty-ness (I know that NOT an word) of this Easy, Quick, Healthy, Low Carb, Delicious Bean Dip.

Ingredients

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup kale 1/3 cup salsa 1/8 teaspoon cumin 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or to desired consistency) 3 tablespoons lemon juice Salt to taste
1 cup kale
1/3 cup salsa
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or to desired consistency)
1/8 teaspoon cumin 2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Procedure

  • Add kale to processor or blender first and process until crumbled. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process on high until you reach a desired smooth consistency. Serve with veggies or crackers.
