Snack recipe Contest

Delicious Chewy cookies that are completely sugar free, gluten free and have a vegan option. They are so healthy you could eat them for breakfast.

Ingredients

1 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats (gluten free)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Xylitol
1 Egg (or flax egg)
Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 180º C. Line pan with baking paper. Cream Xylitol and Peanut Butter in blender with whisk attachment. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Roll mixture into balls and flatten(just a tiny bit). Bake for 8-10 min. Allow to cool and enjoy.
